4. Top Line Photographic Lecturer?
At the "Working Together" Conference a suggestion was made that as well as the Lampeter Convention the WPF should consider bringing in for a day event a top class Photographic Lecturer to provide our members with access to the best of available information to assist in their hobby, A number of our Clubs have done just that and I have to admit that I have been disappointed with the attendance – it seems that we have a high number of "stay at homes" in our Clubs. So, without any commitment, we are looking for suggestions for the names of lecturers that would get you out of the house for a day on the weekend. If there is a name that gets multiple nominations then we can look into the matter. It would also be nice to consider using some other venue than Talbot Green – maybe you can suggest a conference hall (University or College) that could accommodate say 200 people. Lets see if we can make this a regular part of our Annual Programme and hold it at various venues across our Federation.
I look forward to hearing from you!
May I take this opportunity to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and of course a Prosperous New Year! Roy Thomas Home Tel: - +44 (0) 1639 644757 Mobile Tel: - +44 (0) 7880 710908 Email: -
