Competition & Exhibition 1. PIXELS 07 PIXELS 07 takes place this year on Saturday, 3rd November 2007 at Talbot Green Community Centre. This is the 'Ace of Clubs' venue and it has ample car parking and full disabled access. Entry forms for are now available on the Gwynfa website www.gwynfa.org.uk Please click on the 'PIXELS' link on the website menu. The document is an Adobe .pdf file. As usual, an entry should consist of 4 digital photographs (two colour and two monochrome) and the club with the highest aggregate score will win the PIXELS trophy. The are also trophies for 'Best Colour' and 'Best Monochrome' photographs. Entries can also be accepted by E-Mail. Gennard MFIAP EFIAP/p from Stourbridge.Peter is an excellent judge and is a good friend of the Welsh Federation. Also there will again be a buffet provided by our own 'Charlie's Angels', a highlight of last year, and we will also be running a raffle with some very interesting 'photography related' prizes! On the day you can also bring your entries for the 2007 Stanley Chell Competition. Representatives from Aberdare Camera Club will be present to accept them. Last year saw 26 clubs taking part and over 100 people attending on the day. In 2006 Rhondda Camera Club were the outright winners with Best Colour Photograph going to Jeff Perry (Ebbw Vale) and Best Monochrome Photograph to Adrian Lant (Rhondda). Cwmbran Photographic Society Annual Exhibition 2007 It will be held in Cwmbran Library for the whole of July. The first date will be 2nd July and the final day 28th July.
