We appear to have done a poor job of communicating this event to the membership and as a result we have had little feedback.

This will take place on Sunday 13th May in the Yacht Club, New Quay the home of the New Quay Camera Club who are hosting the event.

The following will attend to provide advice on your tentative panels and to show successful panels from the past to display the style required.

New Quay are laying on a buffet for those who are attending at a charge of £5 per head obviously we need your confirmation as to how many buffets you need as well so that Margaret Jones of New Quay CC can get the organisation sorted.

Please distribute and announce this in your Clubs this week to ensure maximum take up – especially from those clubs out in the west of our Federation.
