Hi to all fellow photographers,
My name is Frank Shipton and I have recently moved to Newton after living in Bristol for the past 25 years. I have been a hairdresser since I left school and this introduced me to photography. For the last 10 years I have been taking images for hairdressing magazines, of my wife and staff's work, as well as for other salons, colleges and manufacturers. Now that I am back in Wales I am going to pursue photography as a career and intend taking a Degree course at Bridgend College.
My camera gear is Canon (5D & 40D) with Bowens as my studio lighting.
Now that I have made the first move in contacting your society, I aim to attend your Thursday evenings to see if we are both suited to one another, and I look forward to meeting your creative members.
